Outreach Specialist – Lead Generation & Influencer Partnerships (Remote) Location: Remote — ideally within Singapore timezone (or able to overlap 4–6 hours) Who we’re looking for: * You’ve done outreach, lead gen, or prospecting before — using tools like Apollo.io, instantly.ai, or similar to scale your efforts. * You know how to find and qualify leads, whether they’re YouTubers, TikTokers, bloggers, or micro-influencers, and understand the difference between someone worth reaching out to and someone who isn’t. * You’re organized, independent, and can keep clear records of outreach performance, automation results, and replies — no large paid budgets needed to succeed. Who this role is not for: * You don’t know how to generate results without an ad budget. * You avoid cold outreach or don’t like writing personalized messages that actually get replies. * You require rigid systems and big budgets instead of scrappy, test-driven creativity. What you'll do: * Find and qualify leads on YouTube, TikTok, blogs, and beyond using tools like Apollo.io. * Write and send cold emails that get responses — bonus if you follow people like Jon Buchan and know how to add humor or personality. * Use and manage lightweight outreach tools to scale outreach while keeping it human. * Keep organized records of lead lists, email copy variations, responses, and follow-ups to continually improve. * Negotiate creative partnerships — no budget needed — by leading with compelling value.
