Position Overview: We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to develop reports, dashboards, and insights that support business decisions across departments. You’ll work with tools like SQL, Power BI, and Excel to help move the company toward a modern data warehouse approach. This role is ideal for someone who loves making data clear and accessible—and who can communicate technical insights in business-friendly language. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL (SQL Server), Power BI, and Excel. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure accuracy of insights. Train business users on how to access and interpret reports. Monitor and maintain data quality and consistency across systems. Support the company’s transition from siloed reports to centralized data warehouse solutions. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Strong SQL skills (SQL Server preferred). Proficient in Power BI and Excel for data visualization and reporting. Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders. Comfortable working US business hours (PST). Nice-to-Haves: Python experience for basic ETL or automation workflows. Familiarity with Azure or cloud-based data environments. Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar ERP systems. Basic understanding of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint (not required).
