We determine a home’s valuation research (market supply data), data analysis (comparable home transactions), and streamlined internal processes. Their team combines proprietary tools with expert insight to deliver accurate and timely property evaluations. Position Overview: The Real Estate Valuation Analyst/ Underwriter will play a critical role in underwriting residential properties using internal platforms and real estate data. You’ll be responsible for producing valuation reports based on comparable market data, determining the home after repair value (ARV), and writing detailed, high-quality summaries of your findings. This is a fully internal, non-client-facing role that requires strong analytical skills and excellent written English. Key Responsibilities: Research and evaluate residential properties to determine “as-is” value and “improved” value. Use internal proprietary tools to identify comparable properties and relevant data points. Prepare a detailed written analysis and clearly articulate the valuation rationale. Maintain accuracy and consistency across all valuation reports. Conduct in-depth market research on residential real estate trends. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data quality and reporting standards. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in residential real estate research, property valuation, or asset underwriting. Strong written English skills with the ability to convey complex findings clearly and concisely. High attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset. Demonstrated experience working with property or financial data. Comfortable navigating digital platforms and conducting independent research. Nice-to-Haves: Experience writing valuation reports or investment summaries. Prior work with a U.S.-based company in a research or writing-intensive role. Familiarity with residential real estate in the U.S. market. Background in estimating, appraisals, or cost analysis.
