Building on our pilot program foundation, this role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to manage our billing partner and spearhead client relationship management. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of mental healthcare delivery through innovative, technology-enabled RCM solutions.Location: This role will be based in the United States with minimal travel required.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute the overall RCM strategy and account management for scaling our RCM services offering beyond the pilot phaseSet and monitor KPIs to ensure operational excellence and financial targetsManage vendor relationships and partnershipsOversee team performance and professional developmentBilling operations and performanceDirectly oversee our billing partner and internal team to drive maximum billing and credentialing performanceSet and achieve revenue cycle performance targets, such as clean claim rates, days in AR, and denial ratesDevelop reporting frameworks to track team and financial performanceIdentify opportunities for revenue optimizationClient management & account ownershipBuild and manage RCM account management, fully owning the layer between the clinics and RCM operationsOwn client communication regarding billing performance, denials trends, payer issues, and operational questionsEstablish trust and strong relationships with clinic stakeholders including practice owners, clinicians, and administrative staffProcess building and clinic workflow optimizationBuild out best practices & processes for clinics to successfully maximize revenue collectionsWork with internal product and engineering teams to suggest improvements to EHR & practice management and automation toolingPartner with internal billing operations to triage and resolve denials, rejections, and underpaymentsDrive continuous improvement in internal SOPs and handoffs between RCM, implementation, and successRequired Experience10+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) and credentialing experience, including 5+ years in leadership rolesExtensive knowledge of behavioral health billingDirect experience working and interfacing with clinicians and practice staff membersExcellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills; ability to translate complex RCM topics to stakeholders unfamiliar with billingPreferred ExperienceKnowledge of TMS, Spravato, or ketamine therapy billing requirementsPrevious experience at a managed services organization or large medical groupBackground in process optimization, automation, or AI implementation in healthcare operationsSalary Range$170,000 - $220,000 a yearDepending on experience and locationThe reasonably estimated total compensation range for this position is $170,000 - $220,000 annually, which includes base salary and variable compensation components plus an equity package for eligible employees. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local cost of labor.
