Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer with strong software engineering skills and a passion for Applied Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI & LLMs). You’ll design, build, and deploy intelligent solutions that drive business transformation and enhance user experiences. In this role, you’ll work on proof-of-concepts, applied AI research, and solution prototyping, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, and product teams. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and deploy scalable services (APIs, microservices) that integrate AI models. * Adapt LLMs and Generative AI models for use cases such as conversational interfaces, question-answering, and content generation. * Integrate external data and knowledge using RAG, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma), or frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex. * Optimize models through quantization, distillation, and hardware acceleration (GPU/TPU) to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Document architectures, experiments, and best practices while staying updated on the latest AI and LLM research. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * 6+ years of experience in fullstack software development. * 1+ year of hands-on experience in AI, NLP, or Generative AI projects. * Strong proficiency in Python (required) and JavaScript. * Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. * Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience with SQL/NoSQL and vector databases. Nice to Have * Experience with .NET Framework and C#. * Background in performance tuning or optimized model serving. * Familiarity with CUDA or hardware acceleration. * Experience leading or mentoring technical teams. Soft Skills * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. * Strong problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments. * Curiosity and continuous learning mindset around emerging AI technologies.
