Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a Mid-Level Automation & AI Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automation solutions using no-code/low-code platforms and advanced AI technologies. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with problem-solving skills to create efficient, scalable solutions for business processes. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement automation workflows using platforms like n8n and Make.com - Develop and integrate AI solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI service providers - Create and maintain API integrations between various systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, SaaS services) - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows - Document technical specifications, workflows, and procedures - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance - Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions - Evaluate new automation tools and technologies Required Qualifications - 3+ years of software development experience - Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript) - Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, or similar) - Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns - Experience integrating AI services (OpenAI GPT-3.5/4, Anthropic Claude, or similar) - Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts, including vector databases and embeddings - Strong understanding of JSON, XML, and data transformation - Proficiency with version control systems (Git) - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience with advanced AI/ML code frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI SDK/Swarm, Pydantic) - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Knowledge of database systems and SQL - Understanding of security best practices and authentication methods - Experience with business process automation and workflow optimization - Familiarity with agile development methodologies - Background in process mapping and optimization - Experience integrating enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, SaaS, etc.) What We Offer - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and automation technologies - Professional development and learning opportunities - Collaborative work environment - Competitive compensation package - Remote work flexibility
