We’re looking for 2–3 Senior SQL Server Developers to join a high-impact initiative for a leading enterprise in the financial services industry. This is a 100% remote opportunity to work closely with top-level experts and make a real difference through performance-driven SQL optimization.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:
• Analyze and optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Refactor poorly performing SQL into highly efficient code.
• Design and implement robust, scalable database architectures.
• Act as a SQL performance expert, identifying and fixing bottlenecks without breaking business logic.
🎯 What we’re looking for:
• 7+ years in SQL Server development & administration.
• 5+ years specializing in performance tuning and internals.
• Deep experience with execution plans, indexing strategies, and SQL Server Optimizer.
• Familiarity with SQL Server internals (SOS, schedulers, thread management, etc.).
• Hands-on with tools like SSMS, SQL Profiler, DMVs, Extended Events, Redgate, etc.
