The role involves leading a development team to build a scalable SRE Platform, providing observability, alerting, automation, and AI/ML capabilities. The Senior Director will drive scalable tooling within the SRE and wider product teams to ensure enduring availability and scalable reliability as the company continues its rapid growth. This is an opportunity to lead organizational excellence, provide vision and leadership, and champion best practices for reliability within the Engineering Department.
