Requirements and responsibilities

- Decent English. - Spanish fluency is a big plus. - Make outbound calls to property realtors to identify motivated sellers. - Qualify leads by asking key questions about condition, motivation, timeline, and pricing. - Build rapport with sellers to uncover pain points and establish trust. - Input and update lead information accurately in the CRM (GoHighLevel or similar). - Follow up consistently with warm leads to move them through the sales pipeline. - Communicate with the team daily on lead status and next steps.
