Position Overview: We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities. This is a role for someone who can manage routine accounting tasks with minimal supervision, is comfortable with QuickBooks Online, and can confidently ask questions to ensure clarity when needed. Key Responsibilities: • Code and categorize bank transactions for multiple companies in QuickBooks Online. • Perform regular account reconciliations. • Track and update amortization schedules. • Manage and monitor prepaid expenses. • Communicate proactively to clarify unclear financial transactions. • Maintain consistent, organized, and audit-ready financial records. Qualifications: • 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, preferably in a remote environment. • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online. • Strong understanding of financial coding, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures. • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple company accounts. • Comfortable working independently and asking clarifying questions when needed. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Nice-to-Haves: • Experience with international clients or multi-entity bookkeeping. • Familiarity with U.S. accounting practices and terminology. • Prior experience working with executive teams or in fast-paced environments.
