Responsibilities and deliverables

Budget: $300 Hello! We are looking for a talented VRM specialist to create our new 3D avatar. This is a complex role that requires both high-level artistic skill and specific technical knowledge. The Technical Task: This is NOT a "from scratch" job. We have an existing `.vrm` model with a complex skeleton (104 bones) and morphs (57 blendshapes) that our code relies on. You will be "re-skinning" this model by: - Importing our `.vrm` file (using a tool like the Blender VRM add-on). - "Stripping" (deleting) the old mesh. - Re-connecting all 104 bones and re-creating all 57 morphs to match the original. The Artistic Task: While re-skinning, you must build a new, high-quality anime-style mesh that perfectly matches the face, body, and style from our visual references. You must be a specialist familiar with this dual workflow. Standard FBX/Maya workflows will not work. All visual references and a mandatory step-by-step workflow are on our Notion page. Please read this first: https://noiseless-soul-55a.notion.site/Alexis-Final-Model-All-Instructions-Assets-2a4feacf3c6b809da82fec4bc521f529?source=copy_link To Apply: Please review the entire Notion page first. Then, to show us you are the best fit, record a short video explaining your full plan. We need to be confident in both your technical and artistic ability. Please cover these three points in your pre-screening video: 1. The Technical Plan: How you will approach the "re-skinning" workflow to ensure the 104 bones and 57 morphs are perfectly matched. 2. The Artistic Plan: This is just as important. How will you approach matching the visual style, face, and body from the reference video and screenshot? 3. Your Relevant Work: Please quickly show 1-2 examples from your portfolio that you feel are most relevant to this specific art style. Share your video under our Pre-screening questions.
