🚀 General Responsibilities: ✨Monitor your Client Portfolio and the market. ✨ Propose Sales targets for your Portfolio and evaluate your compliance performance proposing corrective actions to comply with them. ✨ Obtain the lowest expense derived from sales operations to your Portfolio. ✨ Maintain or improve the corporate image in customer relations. ✨ Communicate errors in the processes and/or propose improvements. ✨ Open distribution channels. ✨ Plan business visits and/or meet deadlines. ✨ Do a post-sale follow-up by monitoring customer impressions and assisting them with any inconvenience. ✨ Work together and advise the Finance, Marketing, Sales, COMEX and Technical teams. ✨ Prepare and direct meetings, webinars to your Portfolio to inform, communicate and train issues that affect and influence commercial actions. ✨ Know the products and services of the company. ✨ Know the products and services of the Competition. ✨ Prepare reports on the operations carried out and the results obtained, in addition to the territory analysis and monthly and annual planning to deliver to the Manager Sales. ✨ Get training on the company's products and services. ✨ Be curious about trends in the field of technology and security. 🚀Daily Responsibilities: ✔ Monitoring of Commercial Objectives, Amounts, Units, Share, Payment, Satisfaction by Client/Market. ✔ Research and seek opportunities for current products and services. ✔ Investigate and seek opportunities for the development of new products and services. ✔ Analyze the Sales Reports to generate commercial/marketing actions. ✔ Prepare and submit reports on your Portfolio. ✔ Carry out promotional activities to attract new customers and to keep old ones customers. ✔ Focus sales efforts by studying the existing and potential needs of the clients. ✔ Resolve any inconvenience or claim in a timely manner. ✔ Contact potential customers. ✔ Be aware of changes and trends in the market.
