✅ Role description: The Inside Sales Executive will nurture leads and close deals that are first developed by Newstex’s Sales Development Team. You are expected to easily understand and produce all written and spoken forms of English. ✅ What you’ll be working on: You will present Newstex’s free content syndication service as a way for digital publishers to develop an authoritative brand. • Devise personalized, email messaging to nurture and/or close deals • Learn to qualify leads based on a deep understanding of content syndication for business and academic markets • Maintain detailed contact information within our CRM system • Engage target contacts using email and Zoom • Test and develop outreach methods, analyze what worked and what didn't • Collaborate with marketing dept. on the content of brand awareness campaigns ✅ What we’re looking for: • Inside sales experience at a media or software company • Experience with email marketing tools (MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.) • Skill at identifying ideal customer profiles in collaboration with marketing dept. • Self-sufficiency: doing your own prospecting, crafting effective emails, and engaging leads on LinkedIn or Zoom • Creativity: the ability to develop your own content for email outreach campaigns • Big plus: a habit of maintaining clean and up-to-date data in HubSpot CRM or similar
