This role serves as the strategic and operational leader of Americas field marketing, aligning tightly with sales, channel, demand generation, product marketing, and marketing operations to convert regional priorities into scalable, repeatable growth programs. This role is best executed by a leader who puts teamwork first. The ideal candidate is a modern field marketing executive: deeply metrics-driven, a full stack marketer, fluent in B2B SaaS GTM motions, experienced with partner ecosystems, and actively leveraging AI to improve planning, execution velocity, personalization, and ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesField Marketing Strategy & Revenue AlignmentOwn the Americas field marketing strategy, aligned to Extreme’s revenue goals, regional sales priorities, and vertical market focus.Translate corporate GTM strategy into regional, segment-specific field plans across Canada, US, and Latin America markets.As a strategic partner with Sales and Channel leadership, align plans on where, when, and how investments will generate the highest return.AI‑Enabled Planning, Execution & OptimizationLead the innovative use of AI across field marketing, including: AI-enabled creation of repeatable, on brand, bill-of-materials for regional and vertical campaignsPredictive account and territory prioritizationEvent and program performance analysisAI-enabled personalization for executive and ABM experiencesAutomated post-event follow-upApply AI insights to optimize budget allocation, program mix, and regional investments in real time.Champion a test-and-learn culture, using AI to shorten feedback loops and continuously improve ROI.Integrated Field Programs & ExperiencesOwn the planning and execution of high-impact field programs, including: Industry and partner MDF eventsExecutive dinners and C-suite engagementsRoadshows, regional activations, and customer forumsAccount-based targeted demand (1:1, 1:few)Tightly integrated programs with digital demand, ABM, BDR, corporate campaigns, and partner marketing.Collaboration with Channel and Partner Marketing to design and execute joint field and MDF programs that accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.Drive consistent messaging, positioning, and value articulation in partnership with Product Marketing.Measurement, Analytics & ROI AccountabilityOwn the Americas field marketing results, including: Weekly reporting on marketing-sourced and influenced pipelineRevenue impact and deal accelerationProgram-level ROI and cost efficiencyMeasure and help teams understand success metrics for every field investment to improve decision-making.Use AI and advanced analytics to surface insights, trends, and ROI optimization opportunities.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and scale a team of regional field marketing leaders and managers.Build a teamwork-first, high-performance, outcomes-driven culture focused on accountability, innovation, and collaboration.Influence cross-functional stakeholders without relying on heavy process or hierarchy.Required QualificationsExperience & Expertise10+ years of B2B field, regional, or integrated marketing experience, including senior leadership roles in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.Proven success driving +$1B pipeline and revenue impact in a B2B Saas technology company.Experience supporting direct sales and channel-led GTM motions.Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, multi-stakeholder deals, and executive audiences.AI, Data & Modern Marketing SkillsDemonstrated experience applying AI in marketing—beyond experimentation—to improve targeting, execution efficiency, personalization, and ROI.Strong analytical orientation with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and lifetime value.Fluency with CRM, marketing automation, ABM platforms, and analytics tools; comfort partnering deeply with Marketing Ops and RevOps teams.Leadership & CollaborationExecutive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization.Hands-on leadership style with a bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.What Success Looks LikeField marketing is viewed by Sales as a strategic growth engine, not an event function.AI is embedded into how field programs are planned, executed, and optimized.Clear, consistent reporting shows how field marketing accelerates pipeline and revenue.Regional teams execute with teamwork, speed, focus, and confidence—backed by data, not intuition.Benefits and Total Rewards: Extreme Networks offers a comprehensive benefits package.
