As a Benefit Representative, you’ll educate clients on benefit options, provide personalized solutions, and build lasting relationships. No experience required — full training provided. Excellent income potential, flexible schedule, and opportunities for growth.QualificationsPrior experience in customer service or a customer-facing roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing, over the phone, and through video conferencingStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficientlyBasic knowledge of benefits programs in the insurance industryAbility to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systemsBackground check reqired
