Position Title: Head of Global SalesThe RoleThis is not a traditional sales leadership role. While it includes responsibilities for leading and supporting a small sales team, its primary focus is driving revenues directly through the acquisition of new enterprise customers.You'll spend the majority of your time personally identifying, developing, and closing strategic enterprise deals - not managing from the sidelines. We are looking for a commercially driven leader who genuinely enjoys selling and gets energy from opening doors, building executive relationships, and winning transformational deals.Reporting Line You’ll report directly to the CEO. Works closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership on strategic accounts, partnerships, and growth initiatives.Core MandateDrive enterprise revenue growth by personally securing and closing high-value opportunities while helping build a world-class sales organization capable of scaling globally.
