As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), your role primarily involves guiding prospective customers in integrating mathematical optimization technology into enterprise-grade software solutions. This goes far beyond technical advice—you bring clarity, build confidence, and drive progress for everyone along the customer journey.You will join a heterogeneous, global team that values quality, thoughtful work, and open knowledge sharing. Technical Account Management at Gurobi is part of the sales organization: you and other product and technology experts partner closely with sales to drive new business and deliver value to customers. TAMs guide key implementation decisions and system architecture, with the most important focus on ensuring efficient utilization of optimization technology—maximizing business value while considering cost-effectiveness and scalability.You will collaborate closely with Account Managers, Experts Advisory and Support, Research and Development, and Marketing teams. You will drive customer success through technical conversations and help customers build solid, honest business cases. You will also deliver workshops, trainings, and demonstrations that make complex topics clear and relevant.
