Requirements and responsibilities


The Role: We are looking for a VP of Partnerships & Sales to help grow SHiFT through aligned, relationship-driven partnerships. This is a founding, part-time role for someone who genuinely loves sales, knows how to build trust, and is excited to help shape a mission-driven company from the ground up. What You Will Do: - Identify and develop partnership opportunities with organizations and wellness brands. - Lead relationship-based sales conversations with aligned decision-makers. - Guide opportunities from outreach through close. - Support partner onboarding. - Work closely with the Marketing Lead on partnership strategy, messaging, and activation. - Collaborate with leadership on business development priorities and growth strategy. - Help build a focused sales process with visibility, reporting, and follow-through. Who You Are: - Experienced in partnerships, business development, or relationship-based sales. - A strong communicator who is warm, grounded, persuasive, and people-oriented. - Excited by outreach, relationship building, and closing aligned opportunities. - Proactive, self-directed, and able to work independently in a remote environment. - Personally connected to personal growth, healing, wellness, or mental health. Bonus If You Have: - A background in psychology, mental health, coaching, or wellness. - A genuine love of personal growth and experience as a consumer of wellness practices or services. - An existing network in wellness, brand partnerships, or mission-driven organizations. - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing or brand teams.
