Our focus areas include DeFi, fintech, and healthcare.We are looking for a Proposal and Business Development Specialist to join our sales team and bring a data-driven approach to acquiring new clients.DescriptionWhat You'll Be DoingBrowse platforms daily to find the right project opportunities, review client requirements closely, and put together proposals that actually speak to what the client needs.Write, review, and refine proposal drafts so they're clear, on-brand, and compelling. No generic templates.Keep communication with potential clients consistent and make sure our offer is always described accurately.Track daily output to make sure the volume of proposals lines up with where the company is heading.Share regular updates and reports with management on proposal activity and outcomes.Spot patterns in what works, think critically about the data, and bring forward ideas on how to do things better.RequirementspubGENIUS is a React.js and Next.js development comapny and AdTech startup. Our focus areas include DeFi, fintech, and healthcare.We are looking for a Proposal and Business Development Specialist to join our sales team and bring a data-driven approach to acquiring new clients.Responsibilities and Duties Identify and evaluate relevant project opportunities on platforms such as Upwork and other lead sources Carefully review client requirements and craft tailored, high-quality proposals aligned with their needs Write, refine, and optimize proposal content to ensure clarity, strong positioning, and consistency with our brand voice Manage outreach and maintain timely, professional communication with potential clients Track proposal performance, including timing and response rates, and ensure consistent daily output Analyze data from proposal activity to identify patterns and improve conversion strategies Collaborate closely with developers to accurately represent technical capabilities in proposals Provide regular reports and insights to management on pipeline activity and outcomes QualificationsBackground in proposal writing, sales, marketing, or business development Strong English writing skills (minimum B2 to C1 level) Experience with client acquisition, outreach, and drafting leads Analytical mindset with experience in data collection, analysis, and strategy Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similarAbility to translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language What We Look For Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-review and improve written work Independent and proactive working style Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams Genuine interest in technology and understanding of digital products A sales-oriented mindset with focus on client needs and value communication Interest in improving processes, optimizing workflows, and increasing efficiencyAdditional NotesA degree in Business Analytics or a related field is a plus Experience with technical writing or working alongside developers is a strong advantage If you're the type who looks at a process and immediately starts thinking about how to make it faster or smarter, we definitely want to hear from you.BenefitsFully remote work from anywhereFlexible hoursWork ArrangementPart-time, hourly-based roleOpportunity to transition into full-timeFreelance
