Videos with broken or dummy links will result in disqualification.RequirementsExperience Needed/Responsibilities:Data Migration & TransformationSupport end-to-end data migration efforts between legacy and target systemsExtract, map, transform, and load (ETL) data according to defined business and technical requirementsDocument data mapping, transformation rules, and migration logicValidate migrated data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistencyData Cleansing & QualityAnalyze and identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors in existing systemsPerform data cleanup activities to standardize and enrich datasetsImplement data quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring processesCollaborate with business teams to define data standards and governance practicesData Analysis & Issue ResolutionInvestigate and troubleshoot data discrepancies across systemsPerform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actionsSupport ongoing data reconciliation and balancing activitiesCreate reports and dashboards to highlight data quality metricsCollaboration & DocumentationWork closely with IT, business analysts, and functional teams to understand data requirementsTranslate business requirements into technical data specificationsMaintain clear documentation of data processes, definitions, and standardsParticipate in testing cycles (UAT, system testing) related to data migrationGood to have:Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Business Central, Salesforce, SAP)Familiarity with data tools (Power BI, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Dataverse, etc.)Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworksExperience working in system implementation or migration projectsNon-negotiable Requirements:2–6+ years of experience in data analysis, data migration, or data quality rolesStrong proficiency in SQL and data queryingExperience with data transformation and ETL processesIndustry/Tools Experience:SQLMicrosoft ExcelPivot TablesLookupsData ManipulationETL ProcessesMicrosoft Dynamics 365Microsoft Dynamics Business CentralSalesforceSAPPower BISQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)Azure Data FactoryDataverseERP SystemsCRM SystemsData Governance FrameworksData Quality FrameworksBenefitsWe’re all about uplifting lives in Coconut and we make sure we provide benefits that support work-life balance, well-being, and growth.
