Requirements and responsibilities

AlgoMinds Limited is looking for a passionate and motivated Associate Software Engineer to join our growing remote team.Role ResponsibilitiesContribute to the design, development and maintenance of back-end services and APIs in .NET C# on a cloud-based distributed architecture under the guidance of senior engineers.Write clean, well-tested code with a focus on unit testing and code quality.Help implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK (Python preferred).Use AI coding assistants effectively for development, review and documentation tasks.Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers and Project Managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain an agile mindset.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Support modernization and simplification of the tech landscape.Maintain clear and updated documentation for code, systems and processes.Continuously learn and grow across .NET, AWS and Applied AI technologies.RequirementsBasic understanding of .NET / C# or modern web technologiesFamiliarity with APIs, databases and cloud conceptsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsPassion for learning new technologiesAbility to work independently in a remote environmentJoin us and work on exciting international projects with a talented team.
