We are a high-performing team of self-starters building the next generation of mining software, and we are expanding internationally.💼 The RoleWe are looking for an Implementation Specialist to drive successful customer onboarding and deliver high-quality implementations from presales through to adoption. You will work closely with the sales, CS team members and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from sale to full platform adoption. Your role is key in managing the project details that contribute to timely customer onboarding and high post-implementation satisfaction.📋 Key responsibilitiesImplementation & deliverySupport and coordinate end-to-end presales and implementation projectsKeep projects on track against key timelines (e.g. 60–120 day implementations)Ensure a seamless handover from Sales to Customer SuccessFlag risks early and keep projects moving forwardReporting & dataKeep CRM and internal systems accurate and up to dateShare regular updates on progress, milestones, and customer feedbackCapture insights to improve onboarding and post-implementation experienceCollaboration & improvementWork cross-functionally to deliver a consistent customer experienceContribute to playbooks and continuously improve how we implementHelp shape scalable processes as we growCustomer supportStep in to support customers when needed, helping resolve issues quicklyWork with the team to improve support processes and response timesDeliver a smooth, high-quality experience at every touchpointYou will thrive in this role if you have:Minimum 3 years’ experience in software implementation, project management or consulting, ideally in SaaSExperience in mining industry will be highly regardedBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or similar (preferred)Proven track record of successfully implementing complex software solutionsStrong project management skills with ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneouslyExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsTechnical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new technologiesExperience working in a global team environment and collaborating across time zonesProblem-solving mindset with a talent for finding creative solutions to customer challengesExperience with CRM and project management toolsFluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)Spanish is highly preferred🚀 Ready for your next adventure?If you are keen to bring your A-game to a tech-forward startup, we invite you to submit an expression of interest with your CV and cover letter.Have questions?
