To support this transition and growth, we're hiring Frontend-leaning Sr. Full Stack Engineers who sit within the Studio team and own the Ready to Build product experience.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll deliver new models be the established technical counterpart for the Ready-to- Build sales and implementation teams.Expect to:Own RTB-specific platform features: plan access controls and permissions, plan browsing and selection UX, and site/topography improvements that expand the range of lots RTB plans can serveContribute to core Studio sprint work as a full member of the Studio team — building and improving the web-based design tool used across Higharc's customer baseServe as the technical point of contact for RTB across engineering squads: translate RTB product needs into well-scoped engineering work and represent RTB concerns in architectural decisionsCollaborate closely with RTB sales, implementation, and customer success teams to ground engineering work in real customer frictionWrite maintainable, well-tested code in a mature TypeScript/React/Redux codebase, and leave things better than you found themHelp grow the team's shared understanding of the RTB customer use case as the product and customer base matureAbout YouYou’re a high-impact engineer who takes approaches ambiguous scope with confidence and ownership. You care deeply about the builder's real-world workflow, and you bring attention to detail and craft to a complex, production-grade codebase.You have:5+ years of experience shipping production web applications. Bonus points if you've worked on a product targeting SMB or prosumer customers, or have dealt with complex permissions and access models in a multi-tenant systemProfessional expertise across TypeScript, React, and Redux. You're comfortable with modern frontend tooling and CI/CD workflowsA bias towards movement, making decisions, and keeping things moving without needing a perfectly scoped ticket to get startedStrong product instincts, you can identify the right scope and push back on over-engineering.Ability to build trust beyond Engineering by communicating clearly and know how to earn credibility with sales, implementation, and CS teamsA major plus if you also bring:Familiarity with WebGL, 3D graphics, or geometric modelingExperience working in a startup environment where scope shifts and prioritization is fluidWhile we've identified the core experience and skills required above, please still apply if you have more or different experience than this!
