Position OverviewIgnite Human Capital is seeking an experienced Talent Consultant to support a leading engineering consulting organization through an embedded Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement. This consultant will serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner responsible for attracting, engaging, and delivering engineering, sustainability, technical, and corporate talent across multiple offices and business units.The ideal consultant brings experience recruiting within consulting engineering, architecture, construction, MEP engineering, building systems, sustainability, infrastructure, environmental consulting, or professional services environments.
