Requirements and responsibilities


Shift Hours: - 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. - 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. General Requirements for Day-to-Day Support: - Docking and Undocking: Mechanically interfacing the ATE tester with Handlers. - Loadboard/DIB Installation: Carefully installing the Device Interface Boards (DIBs), ensuring pogo-pin alignment is perfect to avoid "crushed pins" or poor contact. - Change-over: Swapping out "kits" (sockets, stiffeners, and plungers) when transitioning the line from testing one SoC model to another. - Continuity/Isolations Checks. - Load board debug and validation. - Pin/Socket Repair: Work with vendors to handle maintenance and repair. - Tester Calibration: Running diagnostic routines and calibration to maintain system uptime. - Running Test Plan for the day. - Load program and test parts as directed by the ATE Engineer to collect data for performance reviews. - Support Shipping and Receiving Equipment.
