We are seeking an experienced Platform Security Lead to drive security-by-design governance across digital platforms, products, and partner ecosystems. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong Information Security, Risk Management, Consulting, or Audit background who can balance security, compliance, and business agility.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead a security-by-design (shift-left) governance model across digital platforms and products.Ensure platforms and solutions meet internal security policies, risk management standards, and control requirements.Partner with engineering, product owners, information security, compliance, risk, and vendor teams to embed security throughout the delivery lifecycle.Define and implement security standards, controls, and governance frameworks across platforms and operations.Drive secure SDLC practices and ensure security requirements are integrated into development processes.Oversee cloud and SaaS security posture management and governance.Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access governance initiatives.Govern vulnerability management and remediation processes across applications and platforms.Support audit readiness through evidence-based compliance and security assurance activities.Monitor, assess, and improve security controls across digital products, platforms, and third-party integrations.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in Information Security, Cyber Security, Risk Management, IT Audit, or Security Consulting.Strong technical leadership experience with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.Deep understanding of security governance, risk, compliance, and security control frameworks.Experience implementing security-by-design and secure SDLC practices.Knowledge of cloud security, SaaS security, IAM, vulnerability management, and compliance programs.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience working in enterprise-scale digital transformation environments.Preferred BackgroundExperience supporting audits, regulatory compliance, and risk assessments.Consulting or audit background is highly preferred.Interested candidates can share their updated CV at: sanjana.patel@huemot.com, https://lnkd.in/d3ra3HkmNote: This opportunity is for individual candidates only.
