RoleOur client is a character driven entertainment company in the comic and anime universe, with decades of storytelling across publishing, film, games, and digital media.They are seeking a Social Media Manager to help manage and grow their online presence across the defense, military, and aerospace sectors.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow social media channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and FacebookCreate short-form contentBuild and maintain CRM databases from followers, prospects, partners, and engaged audiences for marketing and outreach campaignsSupport email marketing, and direct marketing initiatives connected to social media activityTrack content performance, audience growth, engagement, and campaign effectivenessConduct outreach to influencers, media pages, communities, and potential collaboration partnersRequirementsExperience managing social media accounts for a brand, publication, startup, agency, or industry organizationStrong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skillsAbility to create short-form videos, reels, graphics, clips, and social posts using AI and editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Express, Canva and CapCutExperience managing CRMs and project management toolsStrong English communication skills (C1/C2)Strong judgment, professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively in a sensitive industryHighly Preferred:Experience or strong interest in defense, military and aerospace sectorsLocationRemoteAvailabilityPart-Time (20h per week)Must be available during U.S. Pacific business hours*While this role is structured to begin at 20 hours per week, there is flexibility to offer an immediate or expedited full-time position to a candidate who demonstrates high-level creative and technical expertise
