DSI Systems Inc., an Authorized AT&T Distributor Partner, is seeking a Platform Manager – Zoho to lead the administration, optimization, and strategic evolution of our Zoho ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, operational efficiency, and scalable process design across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Support.Reporting to the Senior Director of Systems Operations, the Platform Manager serves as the subject matter expert for Zoho CRM and related Zoho applications—overseeing configuration, integrations, data governance, and long-term platform strategy.
