Responsibilities
Tasks:Research customer data and develop specific business recommendationsDevelop analytical tools for clients, such as dashboards, calculators, etc.Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for product, marketing, sales, and customer success departmentsSet technical specifications for the development team to improve analytics. Design table structures and aggregates in BigQuery, our data warehouse. Optimize data usage costs in BigQueryCreate processes for the analytics team: planning, retrospectives, task collection/setting/logging/reporting, communication with clientsCreate analytics documentation Hard Skills Must-Have:Proficient in SQL: aggregate and window functions, joins, subqueries, CTEsPython for data processing and analysis.
