Location: Latin America (Remote) Hours Schedule: Full Time (40h) Time Zone: CST About the Role The client is seeking a Bilingual Property Manager to oversee the operations of our rental portfolio. You will handle tenant communications in English and Spanish, manage records, and coordinate property operations. This role ensures smooth property management functions while delivering responsive service to tenants, service providers, contractors, vendors and property owners. Key Responsibilities • Communicate with tenants in English and Spanish regarding inquiries and operational needs: service calls, responding to tenant needs, service requisitions for home needs. • Track rent and lease payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and organize invoices. • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor activities to maintain property standards. • Assist with lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs while updating property management software. • Maintain accurate tenant records, property documents, and prepare operational reports for ownership. • Keep and maintain a daily log of all activities with accuracy and detail. Requirements • Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish. • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information securely. • Proficiency with property management software and administrative recordkeeping. Nice to Have • Experience managing communications with third-party maintenance vendors and contractors. • Background in compiling property status reports for real estate owners. • Previous experience in U.S. property management or real estate operations.
