This marks the fourth consecutive year that Infinx India has achieved certification and the first time the company has earned recognition in the U.S.Summary Description:The Radiology Medical Transcription & Diagnostic Reporting QA Analyst is responsible for reviewing, editing, and quality-assuring diagnostic radiology reports and report templates generated through speech-recognition technology. This role requires extensive experience supporting radiologists and strong knowledge of radiology terminology, anatomy, physiology, medical documentation, and diagnostic reporting workflows. The position will support report accuracy, consistency, template quality, and radiologist efficiency across modalities including MRI, CT, PET, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, and X-Ray. Daily Responsibilities:Diagnostic Reporting & Quality Assurance Review and edit diagnostic reports generated through speech-recognition softwareListen to radiologist dictations and validate speech-recognized drafts for accuracy and completenessIdentify and correct medical terminology, grammar, formatting, and transcription errorsIdentify missing information, inconsistencies, discrepancies, and potential inaccuracies within diagnostic reportsEscalate clinical or documentation discrepancies requiring radiologist review rather than independently altering clinical interpretationPerform quality audits of diagnostic reports and document findings in accordance with established standardsMeet defined accuracy, quality, productivity, and turnaround-time requirements.Report Template Management Create, edit, maintain, and QA diagnostic reporting templates within speech-recognition/reporting systemsValidate templates for consistency, usability, and applicable documentation requirementsSupport standardization and continuous improvement of radiology reporting templatesIdentify recurring speech-recognition or template issues and recommend corrective actionsRadiology Workflow Support Support diagnostic reporting across MRI, CT, PET, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, X-Ray, and other radiology modalitiesRespond to priority reporting and template requests within established turnaround timesWork effectively with radiologists, operations teams, and system administrators to resolve reporting issuesAdapt to new reporting platforms, workflows, templates, and technology as requiredCompliance & DocumentationMaintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, privacy, security, and organizational requirementsFollow established documentation and quality-control proceduresMaintain appropriate audit trails and documentation of quality findings and corrective actionsSkills and Education:5+ years of medical transcription, medical language editing, or diagnostic reporting QA experience3+ years of direct Radiology transcription/report-editing experience strongly preferredExperience supporting radiologists across multiple diagnostic modalitiesExperience reviewing speech-recognition-generated medical documentationPrior experience with PowerScribe 360 strongly preferredExperience with comparable platforms such as M*Modal or other diagnostic speech-recognition/reporting systems may be consideredExperience with eRAD RIS, RamSoft, or similar radiology information systems preferredRadiology coding knowledge is beneficial but not requiredPost-secondary education or formal training in Medical Transcription, Medical Language, Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline preferredFormal coursework in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology strongly preferredAdvanced knowledge of radiology and medical terminologyStrong understanding of anatomy and physiologyExceptional listening, proofreading, grammar, and medical-language skillsAbility to identify subtle discrepancies and inconsistencies within diagnostic reportsStrong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracyAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities within defined turnaround timesStrong computer and word-processing skillsAbility to learn new radiology reporting systems and workflows quicklyProfessional communication skills when interacting with radiologists and operational stakeholdersStrong understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirementsCompany Benefits and Perks:Joining Infinx comes with an array of benefits, flexible work hours when possible, and a genuine sense of belonging to a dynamic and growing organization.Access to a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan.Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage.Paid Time Off.Paid Parental Leave.Paid Holidays.Additional benefits, including Pet Care Coverage, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and discounted services.If you are a dedicated and experienced Medical Transcription or Diagnostic Reporting Professional ready to contribute to our mission and be part of our diverse and inclusive community, we invite you to apply and join our team at Infinx.
