Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Assessing project requirements, identifying key questions, and clarifying scope with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinating research projects across clients, researchers, programming/technical teams, translators, fieldwork partners, and other stakeholders.
- Managing project timelines, deliverables, requirements, and follow-ups to keep projects moving.
- Monitoring projects and proactively identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Maintaining clear project documentation, including scope, requirements, decisions, issues, learnings, and reusable knowledge.
Technical and Research Support:
- Developing a strong understanding of RIWI’s research methodologies and technology and applying that knowledge to client projects.
- Supporting clients in using RIWI’s research platform and helping them understand the capabilities and implications of our technology.
- Working with clients on questionnaire design and advising on research objectives, survey structure, and programming considerations.
- Coordinating questionnaire programming, translations, quality checks, launches, and data collection.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conducting data analysis when required, including cross-tabulations, comparisons, significance testing, and interpretation of results.
- Creating clear, accurate charts and contributing to professional client reports and presentations.
- Looking beyond individual findings to understand the broader story the data is telling and what it means for the client.
- Sharing learnings and project experience through appropriate debriefs.
Account Management:
- As you progress in the role, maintaining and growing or deepening account relationships with a set of assigned accounts.
