About the RoleWe're looking for an Advanced Analyst to serve as a senior analytics partner for a fast-moving, host-facing product organization. In this role, you'll drive high-impact analysis, experimentation, and reporting that directly shapes product strategy and execution. This is a hands-on, execution-focused engagement for someone who thrives operating independently and delivering polished, high-quality work on tight timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver advanced analytics across defined product and business domainsWork with large, complex datasets to answer high-priority business and product questions using statistical, causal, and exploratory techniquesDesign, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B tests and quasi-experiments) to measure feature impact and inform product iterationDevelop and validate metrics and dimensions to monitor product performance and business outcomesBuild and maintain analytical artifacts - queries, dashboards, and readouts - that enable stakeholders to make informed decisionsPartner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics teams to align on methodology, assumptions, and interpretationDeliver clear, concise insights and recommendations through written and verbal communication, including leadership-ready readoutsLeverage AI-assisted tools to increase efficiency and automate repetitive analytical tasks where appropriateQualificationsRequired5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis (industry experience required)Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments and applying statistical methods to real-world product problemsExperience building metrics end-to-end, including definitions, validation, and implementation in data pipelinesStrong analytical judgment, with the ability to balance rigor with speed and clearly communicate tradeoffsDemonstrated ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against agreed timelinesStrong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insightsPreferredExperience in marketplace, product analytics, or business strategy contextsFamiliarity with AI-assisted analytics workflowsKey DetailsStart Date: 09/29/2026Duration: Approximately 3 months (through December, 2026)Location: Remote (within the U.S.)Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-FridayPay Rate: $110 - $128/hourWork Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Engagement: W2 Contract role through Maleda Tech.
