We’re a next-gen recruiting platform combining AI-driven matching with human recruiting expertise helping companies hire faster through a network of 1,000+ freelance recruiters.We’re looking for recruiters who can:Manage full-life cycle recruiting (sourcing → offer support)Handle both IT/technical and non-IT rolesBuild strong talent pipelines using online sourcing tools & networksWork independently and manage multiple requisitionsDeliver a great candidate experience, every timeWhat you need1+ year of recruiting experience (agency or freelance background is a plus!)Strong communication & stakeholder management skillsComfort working remotely, on your own scheduleThis is a flexible, remote, part-time opportunity perfect if you're looking to recruit on your own terms while working across diverse industries and roles.
