This isn't a call center gig. It's a career.
80% of your day: Inbound calls roll in. You pitch our services, quote pricing, handle objections, and close. Every call is a chance to turn a stranger into a paying customer. That's on you.
20% of your day: You go on offense. Scrape leads, build your own list, work the phones outbound, nurture the pipeline, and generate quotes that turn into signed deals.
Who we want:
A true end-to-end sales pro, comfortable owning everything from first hello to signed customer
Someone who can maneuver: think on your feet, handle pushback, negotiate, and win
A closer with hustle, not just someone who's good on the phone
