We are expanding our presence in the Taiwan market by building deep partnerships with local KOLs, trader communities, and content creators to drive sustainable user growth and trading volume.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Taiwan-based KOL & Affiliate Partnership Manager to own the full lifecycle of local influencer and affiliate partnerships. You will develop partnership strategies, negotiate commercial terms, optimize conversion efficiency, and collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns that increase active trading users in the Taiwan market.RequirementsBased in Taiwan with strong familiarity with the local crypto ecosystem and user behavior.2+ years of experience in crypto exchange sales, business development, or affiliate partnerships.Solid understanding of exchange products including spot, futures, and margin trading.Proven ability to independently lead negotiations and drive partnerships from initiation to execution.Experience managing CPS, CPA, revenue sharing, or commission rebate models.Fluent Mandarin and business-level English communication skills.PreferredEstablished network of Taiwan-based crypto KOLs, trading communities, or content creators.Familiarity with affiliate systems and partnership frameworks at major crypto exchanges.Access to high-net-worth clients or active trading user resources.Experience analyzing channel performance data to improve growth efficiency.Track record of supporting AMAs, trading campaigns, or online/offline marketing initiatives.
