As they continue scaling their service delivery model, they are building a specialized team responsible for implementing and enforcing intake systems within client organizations.About the RoleThe Intake Implementation Lead is responsible for installing and enforcing structured intake systems inside client organizations. This role leads implementation calls, controls sequencing, enforces decisions, and ensures clients adopt the required workflow systems that support revenue throughput.This is not an Account Manager or Customer Success role, and it is not a pure CRM builder position. Instead, the role focuses on implementation leadership, decision enforcement, and operational discipline during system rollout. The Intake Implementation Lead ensures that CRM and intake workflows are deployed in the correct order while preventing scope creep and maintaining implementation momentum.ResponsibilitiesLead structured rollouts of CRM and intake systems within client organizations.Run weekly implementation and rollout calls with clients.Enforce decisions and prevent previously settled choices from being reopened.Maintain strict sequencing and structure during system implementation.Protect project scope and prevent customization creep.Direct a dedicated CRM builder by determining what should be built and why.Oversee CRM architecture, workflow logic, automations, and integrations across major platforms.Manage client resistance calmly while maintaining forward progress.Escalate challenges only when necessary.Maintain onboarding throughput of approximately 2–3 moderate or heavy system implementations per month.Qualifications5+ years of experience leading structured implementations such as CRM, ERP, workflow systems, or automation platforms.Experience leading client-facing rollout calls where decisions must be made in real time.Ability to direct stakeholders who may resist operational changes.Strong operational discipline with a structured implementation mindset.Ability to accept good enough solutions to maintain forward momentum.Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, integrations, and APIs.Ability to learn and operate across multiple CRM platforms.Strongly PreferredExperience implementing systems within professional services businesses.Experience working with industries such as legal, healthcare, financial services, or other complex operational environments.Experience managing a CRM builder or technical implementation specialist.Experience enforcing scripts or standardized operational processes.Offer DetailsSalary: $85,000 – $105,000 per year (DOE)Contract Type: Full-time (Contract-to-Hire option available)Work Location: Fully remoteBenefits: 401(k) with employer match; Medical, dental, and vision insurance; Flexible schedule; Paid Time Off; Referral programHiring StepsInitial Zabota ScreeningClient InterviewPractical Task or Second Stage InterviewOffer
