Responsibilities
Our client is a boutique financial advisory firm working with international clients on business valuations, financial analysis, and corporate finance projects.We are looking for a mid-level Financial Analyst with experience in audit, valuations, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or a related field.You will work closely with an experienced valuation professional, support ongoing projects, and gradually take more ownership of valuation assignments.What You’ll DoAnalyse financial statements, cash flows, and company performanceBuild and update financial and valuation models in ExcelSupport business valuations using DCF, market multiples, comparable companies, and transaction analysisConduct company, industry, and market researchPrepare forecasts, scenarios, and sensitivity analysisContribute to valuation reports and supporting documentationWork with the team on international client projectsWhat We’re Looking ForUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related fieldAround 3+ years of experience in financial servicesPractical experience in business valuations, Deal Advisory, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, M&A, or Audit with valuation exposureGood understanding of financial statements and cash flowStrong Excel skillsGood analytical and research skillsStrong written and spoken EnglishAbility to work independently and reliably in a remote environmentNice to HaveBig Four or other established audit/advisory experienceBackground combining Audit with Valuations / Deals / Transaction ServicesACA, ACCA, CFA, or similar qualificationExperience building financial models from scratchExperience with international valuation projectsWorking ConditionsFully remoteMonday to Friday, approximately 9:00–17:0040 hours per weekIndependent contractor / B2B arrangement for candidates outside CyprusExpected start: late September / early October 2026The hiring process will include an interview and a short practical assessment focused on financial analysis, research, and valuation-related skills.
