We are growing at StratA Talent.I’m looking for a Recruitment Consultant - Candidate Delivery to join our team and help us expand our candidate network across Private Banking and Wealth Management.This is a candidate-focused role. The focus is on finding great people, building relationships, market mapping, and developing strong candidate pipelines across Switzerland, the UAE, Europe, and the GCC.We also invest heavily in technology, including AI tools developed in-house for StratA Talent to support our research, sourcing, and delivery.German, French, or Arabic would be a strong advantage, but none is mandatory.Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who is hungry, curious, persistent, professional, and genuinely relationship-driven.The role is remote/work-from-anywhere, with strong performance-based earning potential.If you know someone who could be a great fit, I’d really appreciate an introduction or a share.
