The Benefits Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, coordinating, and optimizing the administration of employee benefits programs. This position involves evaluating benefits data, managing the benefits reconciliation process, conducting carrier billing audits, resolving technical issues in deduction management, preparing reports, and assisting with enhancements to internal benefits operations.This position will play a key role within our Insurance Services team, focused on ensuring benefits data accuracy, monitoring the benefits deduction management process, resolving technical billing and data issues, and carrier billing reconciliation to minimize financial risk, and providing technical and operational support for state-mandated 401(k) programs, paid family leave, and disability benefit compliance.
