As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Manager, Enterprise Growth to lead our Enterprise Account Management team supporting our largest DSO (Dental Service Organization) partners. This role owns the engine that drives growth across DSO accounts: expanding the number of product lines (PLs) sold into each practice, increasing practice penetration within every DSO, and preventing churn. The Manager will build, test, and scale the funnel, cadences, and coaching that make AM output predictable, while partnering closely with RevOps to operationalize the whitespace model across the team.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers driving growth across strategic DSO partnersSet clear performance expectations and monitor funnel KPIs (calls, pickups, meetings, close rate) with ongoing feedback and coachingBuild a high-performance, quota-driven culture focused on accountability and continuous testingPartner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and training; identify and develop top selling talentFunnel & Revenue OperationsOwn the AM growth funnel end to end, from target selection through first and second order placedPartner with RevOps to define funnel stages, instrumentation, and reporting, including clear “declined/lost” reason captureIdentify the highest-leverage bottleneck in the funnel and design and run tests to improve itMaximize the percentage of AM time spent selling by removing operational friction from their workflowOperational Excellence & ProcessEstablish weekly cadences that make AM output and revenue predictable and forecastableOperationalize the whitespace and account penetration model for the AM team, partnering with RevOps on rolloutEnforce Salesforce discipline so funnel stage, activity, and outcome data is complete and trustworthyDrive continuous process improvement to increase AM efficiency and speed to activationData Analysis & ReportingOwn team and account-level reporting against the three DSO growth levers: PL expansion, practice penetration, and churnTranslate funnel data into a small number of prioritized, testable hypotheses each cycleReport progress, risks, and resourcing needs to leadership on a regular cadenceGrowth StrategyDefine what makes an AM the best possible seller, and build the playbooks, training, and tooling to replicate it across the teamPartner with AMs on account strategy for the highest-value DSO opportunitiesBuild programs that increase products sold per practice and speed to first activationCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with RevOps on funnel design, whitespace model rollout, and reportingAlign the enterprise growth motion with the broader DSO strategy, a foundation of company-wide revenue in 2027Aggregate AM and customer feedback and route it to product and marketingWhat you’ll doLead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Managers responsible for growth across DSO partnersBuild, test, and refine the funnel that drives PL expansion, practice penetration, and churn preventionStructure weekly cadences that make AM revenue predictable and easy to forecastUse data to identify the biggest bottleneck in the funnel and direct resources against itBuild strong relationships with key DSO stakeholders and step in on strategic accountsPartner with RevOps to instrument and operationalize the whitespace modelCoach team members on selling skills, prioritization, and account strategyEnsure disciplined Salesforce workflows to track funnel performanceCapture and elevate actionable AM and customer feedbackQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Psychology or a related fieldExperience: 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or revenue operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or player-coach capacity.
