Our main tool is Zendesk. • Write emails, take live chats, and call users to ensure that every voice actor project is fulfilled. • Deal with complex client and voice actor requests. • Offer assistance and provide solutions to users when something goes wrong. • Ensure that our customers are provided with the highest quality service and positive, memorable experience. • Manage your own OKRs, KPIs, and Roadmaps.
