This is a full-time remote contractor role for someone in the Philippines who has already proven they can outperform peers in recruiting or sales and wants to build a serious career in talent acquisition.OpportunityWe are hiring a Recruiting & Talent Sourcing Analyst to help source, assess, coordinate, and move candidates through active recruiting searches with speed, accuracy, and strong follow-through.You will work closely with the internal recruiting team to identify qualified candidates, drive candidate engagement, support high-volume recruiting workflows, and help prepare strong candidate showcases for client submission.
