We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Mexico Payroll implementations and support activities.🚨 Mexico Payroll experience is MANDATORY. Profiles without Mexico Payroll experience will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support Oracle HCM Payroll solutions.Work on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations and enhancements.Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.Support payroll processing, payroll validation, and issue resolution.Collaborate with business users, payroll teams, and technical teams.Support testing, UAT, and post-go-live activities.Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and recommend process improvements.Prepare functional documentation and knowledge transfer materials.Required SkillsStrong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll.Mexico Payroll experience is mandatory.Experience in payroll configuration, payroll processing, and payroll support.Strong functional consulting and stakeholder management skills.Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.Excellent communication skills.Interested candidates can share their updated resume at: Rajesh.p@ciratechsystem.com / venkat.k@ciretechsystem.com
