We are looking for a Paid Ads Manager who takes ownership of campaigns, communicates proactively, and understands how to drive real business results, not just impressions and clicks.This is not an entry level role.We are looking for someone experienced, organized, responsive, and accountable. Someone who understands that managing ad campaigns also means managing performance, communication, deadlines, and client trust.ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display)Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify issues/opportunitiesConduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysisImprove conversion rates, CTRs, lead quality, and overall campaign efficiencyBuild and test landing page recommendations and conversion strategiesWork closely with SEO, lead generation, and design teamsPrepare monthly reports and performance summariesAttend internal meetings consistently and communicate updates proactivelyHelp improve internal systems, reporting, and campaign processesRequirementsProven experience managing Google Ads campaignsStrong understanding of Meta AdsExperience with conversion tracking, GTM, GA4, and attributionAbility to manage multiple client accounts simultaneouslyStrong communication and reporting skillsHighly responsive and organizedAbility to work independently without constant follow-upStrong English communication skills
