About the Role:In this role, you’ll develop clear, accurate design documentation for Building Management Control Systems (BMS), supporting HVAC and mechanical projects across the U.S. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a technical environment and enjoys turning specifications into real-world solutions.What You’ll Do:Design and produce riser diagrams, flow diagrams, and panel layouts.Create material lists, equipment schedules, and O&M manuals.Develop cable pull and termination drawings.Perform electrical, valve, and damper sizing calculations.Select components aligned with engineering standards and compliance.Collaborate with teams while upholding CBRE’s RISE values.What We’re Looking For:2–3 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education/experience).Background in Mechanical Design, HVAC/R, or related field.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Experience with tools like AutoCAD, Visio, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Office (preferred).Knowledge of HVAC application engineering and control systems design (a plus).Important: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.Why CBRE?At CBRE, you’ll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and growth—while working on impactful projects in a flexible, remote environment.
