Southern Energy Management (SEM), a mission-driven B-Corp and leader in energy efficiency and renewable energy, is currently seeking an entry level, full-time Incentives Administrative Assistant to support our Builder Services Team. The Builder Services division is one of the nation's largest providers of energy efficiency consulting, who work with over 200 residential builders in NC and SC.The Incentives Administrative Assistant helps builders qualify for energy efficiency rebates through application submittals, maintaining quality, and tracking performance. They will support a program that has incentivized over $33 million in kilowatt hour savings since inception. The ideal candidate for this position is a team player with an extreme attention to detail. They are organized and enthusiastic with a commitment to sustainable energy and business practices.What You'll Do In This Job:Process rebate applications for energy efficient homesReview energy modeling inputs to assess application qualityUtilize Google Sheets to track progress and identify issuesCommunicate to external and internal stakeholders regarding home compliance and application accuracyWear a variety of hats and take on new accountabilities, as our teams needs call for them.
