Responsibilities
I'm looking for a Construction Manager to join our Leased Data Center team.This role is at the center of how Meta delivers leased data center facilities that power our global infrastructure. You'd be Meta's primary construction representative on colocation and build-to-suit projects — ensuring shell & core, critical infrastructure, and tenant improvement work all meet our specs, schedule, and quality standards. Big scope. High impact. ⚡What you'd be doing:Serving as Meta's owner's representative on leased data center construction projects — from groundbreaking through facility acceptanceReviewing landlord construction documents (civil, structural, MEP, architectural) against Meta's design standardsManaging tenant improvement construction — white space fit-out, power distribution, cooling, and network cablingLeading milestone reviews, factory acceptance tests, and integrated systems testing for critical infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchgear, cooling, fire suppression)Tracking schedules, budgets, and change orders across multiple concurrent projectsPartnering with real estate, commissioning, legal, and operations teams through handoverWhat we're looking for:10+ years in construction managementKnowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, building codes, and safety standardsCapital budget management experiencePrimavera P6, Google Workspace, and Bluebeam proficiencyBonus: Lease/Colo market experience, large-scale mission critical construction, BIM 360, Procore, LEED/WELL accreditations📍 Remote, US | 50% travel required
