Employ proactive and reactive measures to ensure a "white glove" experience for our most valued payroll partners.Serve as the primary point of contact within Human Interest for all payroll and CPA partners, providing general reactive support and handling escalations.Act as a liaison between internal teams to facilitate the development and implementation of solutions, and ensure these resolutions are communicated effectively to partners.Develop, propose, and implement solutions tailored to partner needs to increase retention and satisfaction.Assist with maintaining and further developing the partner support teams' standard operating procedures documentation. Communicate any blockers or potential risks to leadership as soon as they arise to mitigate potential risks to reputation. Always be ready to share your wins and what you're working on to show leadership the impact you're making and help shape what we do next.What you bring to the role3+ years of experience working in a Partnership, Sales, and/or business development environment3+ years of experience with innovative strategic partnerships for consumer-facing, web services, and SAAS productsDemonstrated capacity to anticipate partner needs, identify challenges proactively, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment, all while sustaining a positive attitude.You don't wait for others to act on your behalf; you proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.Experience in developing and leveraging strategic insights to foster and/or improve business relationshipsAbility to translate complex business problems into easy-to-understand concepts for external stakeholdersDemonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills using tools such as Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and/or equivalent Microsoft productsExperience facilitating meetings, handling external partner escalations, and conducting proactive service outreachExperience using a CRM platform (preferably Salesforce) to forecast sales and draw insights from service performance metricsStrong understanding of the Human Interest partner process, demands and needs for continued successWhy you will love working at Human InterestHuman Interest is tackling one of our country's biggest challenges - closing the retirement gap. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $70,000 - $80,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package.
