Responsibilities

• Work with the Sales Team and the customer in understanding the business need of the solution being implemented; • Assemble, coordinate, and lead the NICE’s internal deployment team; • Develop, manage, and maintain the detailed project schedule throughout the project lifecycle assuming complete ownership of all aspects of the solution delivery; • Execution of the NICE Communication plan including, but not limited to, project health status, regular project meetings, and financial reporting throughout the project Lifecycle; • Identification and action planning of project risk; • Manage and maintain customer intimacy and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle; • Manage and maintain NICE’s internal professional services administration tool ensuring project solution information, resource scheduling, and financial forecasting are accurate and up to date throughout the project lifecycle; • Manage project profitability through identification of areas of risk and proactive management or mitigation of the risks to maintain profitability.
